Privacy
What this site collects when you fill in one of its forms, who handles it, and how to get it deleted.
Who we are
ReferMe LLC, doing business as Abe Nadimi, a Texas limited liability company. For anything in this policy, including a deletion request, write to abe@nadimi.com.
What we collect, form by form
The contact form
Your name, work email, company, role and message. We use them only to reply to you. They are not added to any mailing list.
The AI Readiness Assessment
Your answers, your first name, email, role, company size, industry and (if you give it) company name. Your scores are worked out in your browser. We use your details to email you your report.
To get the report you agree to join our email list: you will receive new resources and occasional notes on AI adoption. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't affect the report you already have.

Your email address, so we can send you the Resources digest.
The plugin store
Buying a plugin is covered by its own store privacy policy.
Where it goes

For the email list, Resend keeps your email address, where you first signed up (the assessment or Resources) and when. Your assessment answers and scores are used to write your report and are not stored on the list.
Each is a processor acting on our instructions, and each is based in the United States. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- The email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
- Contact form messages: in Abe's email for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request.
- Assessment reports: we keep a copy only as a sent email.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email abe@nadimi.com and we will act on it within 30 days. You can leave the email list at any time from the link in any email.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have these rights under the GDPR and may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
The date at the top always says when this policy last changed.
